Write to hello@getteso.com. A person reads every message. Teso can't see your log, so tell us your phone model and what you tapped; a screenshot helps.

Back up your log

Settings → Backup → Back up now makes one .teso file with your whole log. Turn on photos if you want them included (the file gets bigger). Save it somewhere that isn't only this phone, such as a cloud drive or your computer. Teso can remind you every week, two weeks or month.

Move to a new phone

1. On the old phone, make a backup file and save it where the new phone can reach it.
2. Install Teso on the new phone and choose “I have a backup file” on the welcome screen.
3. Pick the file. Teso shows what's in it before it replaces anything.

Health Connect

Teso reads your weight, height and body fat and saves finished workouts, only for the switches you turn on. To change access later, open Teso's Settings → Health Connect, or the Health Connect app → App permissions → Teso.

Delete your data

Delete single workouts or photos where they are, or remove everything from Settings. Uninstalling Teso also removes all of its data. Anything you saved to Health Connect stays there until you delete it in Health Connect. See the privacy policy.

Test Teso before it launches

Teso is in a closed test on Android. Send us a note with the Google account email you use on Play and we'll add you.
